"Very Disappointed in the customer service and the accuracy of their work. Out of now where after signing with them and being told SEVERAL times that the rate is correct, i received an additional charge. I had discussed with the office about the charge and was told not to worry about it. A few months later i get contacted again saying that I had a late payment. The workers were short and harsh in the communication. I don't appreciate being lied to about the price of items or being told to wait several weeks to be able to cancel a policy. I would recommend anyone else besides this office if you don't want surprise charges after you lock in the rate."

"Recently had a slight issue with something on my home owner's policy. I contacted the office and was assisted by Nicholaus Guerrero. He explained the process of what needed to be done and was with me each step of the way to get issues resolved. After I completed the paperwork I needed, I submitted it to Nicholaus. From there, he stayed on top of things while State Farm HQ went through their review process. Today, I received an email from Nicholaus stating that everything was approved and I was receiving a large refund check from State Farm. Thanks Nicholaus!!!!"
